Hayden considers himself to be a cursed man, living a tough life on a land cursed with an unrelenting cold weather, he curses his small portion of luck for having vanished completely when his only daughter was chosen to be sacrificed to the deity that rules over Zedhra.
Alone and powerless, he tries to change the fate of his daughter, not knowing that by doing so he unleashes a real and powerful curse upon himself and upon the world.
When all living creatures wither and die, only the accursed dead remain. But sometimes, it takes a curse to lift another.
